Legal Status. We are a Texas licensed S- Corps with a valid federal tax ID.

Office Status. Our office is located in downtown Grapevine TX and we're members of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce.

Radio Status. We've completed fourteen weeks of Prefer America Radio on AM 660 KSKY in Irving. Though we have a growing and committed listener base, we have yet to secure sponsorship and until we do, continuation is dicey at best.

Web Status. As things started moving fast in early June, our vision and the role our 40(+) web sites would play in that vision has been revised. We have pulled down much of what existed and are re-introducing it slowly. Beginning with Prefer America, our priortity it bring everything back up showing the relationships and roles the sites will play, though slowly. Our primary challenges will be the construction of a searchable database that will support the certification program. The secondary challenges evolve around functional interactivity for blogging, chats, and other functions. These components will become installed as our funding comes online. To date, all webmaster activities are conducted in-house.

Certification Status. Our citizen certification program will be introduced no later than the 4th of July, promoted primarily through Prefer America Radio. The primary business certification activity, however, will likely follow no earlier than September. We are consulting with experts from diverse fields to determine the proper standards to establish as well as mechanisms of enforcement, appeal, and other planning considerations. As well, we will further define the market through citizen certification, which is important for CEOs considering our efforts. Finally, though we can speak nice words at little expense, we can't properly support American businesses without adequate financial resources.

Personnel Status. We have only one full time employee, though are blessed with half a dozen very sharp professionals that are donating their time in exchange for future consideration. We have additional citizens that are bringing their expertise to our vision through critical analysis and recommendations, which have in turn shaped what you will see on July the 4th.

Financial Status. We are in talks with a limited number of short and long term investors whose participation will allow us to develop the business execution plan to the level and standard that it needs to achieve to effect change and give wings to our vision. Until we generate funding from sponsors, citizen certification, radio advertisers, or investors, things are... eh.. tight.
