We've heard it all. It can't be done. People just don't care anymore. It's too late. Nothing is made in America and that is good for the economy. The stock market and our GNP is in great shape. It's President Bush's fault, once he's out of office we'll be fine. It is the Liberals fault, we simply need to energize the conservative base. China's economic boom is good for international stability and the stock market. Those areas experiencing crime have brought it on themselves; they can't be helped. We don't have what it takes and it is naive to think our vision can be executed. Who are we to certify patriotism? The idea of unified citizens is a pipe dream and not good for America. And so on and so on...
Stop for a moment. Instead of arguing with our concerns, think about your own. In the privacy of your own home, at the office, with friends or family, while you watch the news, or watching kids play in the street; what do you say then? When we ask citizens if they are concerned about America, they are all concerned about something; often many things. We ask Americans: "if you could do anything at all to address your concerns, what would you do?" There are very few answers, as the problems are often too overwhelming to think about. We've thought about it, we have a plan.
Consider our efforts. At first glance, citizens think our solutions complex or overly ambitious. When they look and listen a second time, they begin to understand our method, and you likely will as well. In the end, it's simple. We advocate active patriotism that places responsibility on all citizens to act in the best interests of the United States of America. Regardless of the differences that divide us, we can all work together on the issues that unite us. Those issues include, though are not limited to, our jobs, our sovereignty, our safety and security, our education system, political reform, and caring for our veterans.
We began with the problem, and then reverse-engineered the solutions to address those problems. We have more work to do, clearly. Though we are well on our way and are absolutely committed to a stronger America and believe we have what it takes to make it happpen. In a market driven economy, we're going to modify that market. In a polarized country, we stand for unity. In a country that many believe has lost it's way, we are going to remind them of the American way.
At the end of the day, you have three options. Do nothing, participate in another effort that you believe will be more effective, or help us. There are no other options. If you find another effort that you believe will be more effective to elevate our nation and her citizens, to create jobs, to enhance safety, or anything else, please tell us; we might help. If not, then consider our message: it's time to Prefer American jobs, citizens, and future.
If not us, who? If not now, when?
